We suggest the format below, but it is fine for the candidate to set the agenda and ask anything s/he wants about the job search and careers. Candidate gives 2-minute introduction and explains they expect to get from this session Coach gives 2-minute introduction Candidate explains (a) exactly what business areas they want (b) application problems (c) networking problems (d) interview problems (e) technical knowledge problems Coach explains (a) how they got hired and their journey so far, (b) how they secured their most-important interview; (c) how they prepared for technical questions; (d) anything special at interview that got them the offer; (e) how what networking they did and exactly how they did it; (f) which companies interviewed them and what intern or full-time offers they received; (g) their top 5 (specific, not general) next-step recommendations to you, the candidate.
