Rafael has an extremely strong background in the NGO and public policy space, and is currently working as a Senior Manager for Latin America at a boutique data and urban policy research firm headquartered in New York. He has previously worked in global public sector consulting and research analyst roles across the world, including at top level think tanks and the UN. Rafael is a University of Sao Paolo Economics graduate with a master’s degree in Public Administration from Chicago.
