Shekhar is Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) with a wealth of experience spanning audit, executive compensation, client strategy, and digital engagement. Having started his career in financial services audit at one of the Big 4, he gained in-depth expertise in the banking sector. He then transitioned into Executive Compensation Consulting at another top financial services firm, advising on remuneration strategies before taking on leadership roles in client strategy and social media within high-growth investment and technology firms. A graduate of Edinburgh University with a degree in Economics and History, he is passionate about empowering individuals with the financial knowledge, strategic insight, and confidence needed to excel in their careers.
