Susanna is an incoming Private Wealth Management analyst at a leading global investment bank, having successfully converted a competitive summer internship into a full-time offer. Having recently been through the recruiting process herself, Susanna brings current, first-hand insight into what top financial institutions look for in candidates. She is excited to answer any questions about the recruitment process and what it is like to actually work at a leading financial institution, as well as give insight into how to navigate technical and behavioral questions.
